Local continuous replication (lcr) works on a single mailbox server by using asynch log shipping and replay to create/maintain a copy of a storage group ona 2nd set of disks
A LCR storage group can only have one database (and cannot be used with Public Folder Database)
First enable the "active copy database" to be copied
Enable-DatabaseCopy -Identity
Then enable the "active copy storage group" which will begin seeding
Enable-StorageGroupCopy (can use SeedingPostoned parameter)
