windows-clear-stuck-jammed-print-jobs-print-spooler
You may have to stop the print spooler service... (services.msc)
c:\windows\system32\spool\printers
cut & paste (or simply delete) all files (they're the stuck ones)
Start the print spooler service... everything should be ok.
