the download from microsoft uncompresses to an exmerge folder you will then have to copy the exchmem.dll file from the Exchange Server\bin directory into your Exmerge directory (folder).
e.g. C:\Exchsrvr\bin\Exmerge\exchmem.dll size = 156KB, version = 6.57638
